Windows are a central gateway for summer heat and in winter a lot of heating warmth is lost through them.

It is often not possible to install external heat protection. However, when conventional blinds or curtains are used inside the room, a lot of heat is generated directly at the window, which then heats up the room – this is because incoming solar radiation is absorbed by the blind or curtain and the radiation can no longer be reflected out through the window.

Our net-curtains and blinds, however, are made of special, highly reflective materials that reflect up to 85% of the sun's rays back through the window, keeping the room pleasantly cool. And because the fabrics still let some light through, the room does not feel dark even when the curtains are closed.

In winter, window coverings generally help to reduce heating loss through poorly insulated windows, and this also applies to our blinds. However, our curtain stores are specially designed to reflect not only heat in summer but also heating heat in winter. These stores thus contribute to a year-round feel-good climate and energy savings.
