Containers are not only used for transportation, but also for a variety of stationary uses – whether as storage, temporary living or utility space, for outdoor technology or other uses. Stationary containers are usually permanently outside and often unprotected against heat. Air conditioning systems are sometimes used to counteract this, but these consume energy and require regular maintenance to maintain their performance. And often there is no protection against heat in the container.
Our tensioning sails are a simple, energy-neutral and mobile solution or support against heat. They can be attached with tensioning straps in the standard eyelets at all four corners of 20-foot containers. They can be easily installed in the spring and removed in the fall. Nothing is changed on the container, so this solution is also ideal for rented containers.
